Pool hours are not respected.If your apartment is near the pool non residents and renters use it well past the hours. Oh,no hours are posted. Also deal with unsupervised teens and smoking.
Staff very nice
The ladies at the office are amazing , very helpful! They take care of any maintenance issues in a good timely manner. They also offer specials for resident appreciation.
Cara and Jenny are the best very helpful and worked with us , they where both super nice and the experience was amazing
It doesn't matter what temperature you set your AC to it will stay sweltering hot. We always left our AC at 72 but it's 80 all the time. It's absolutely unacceptable when you're averaging 102 degree days. They won't do anything to fix it for the year I've lived here, if these apartments can't maintain proper air conditioning it needs to be declared as unfit living conditions & condemned. If you have babies or pets or are a stay at home person DONT LIVE HERE.
