Is this really low income housing because me and my husband need something nice but super cheap and not strict with the requirements like background checks and credit checks because both of our background credit and criminal is not really that good.

The most rude management I have ever encountered. Thank God we decided not to move here. I seriously think the lady running this place is senile. After speaking with other residents who live here..OMG...rules are one thing..but a total invasion of one's privacy seems a bit illegal. I actually question the legality of some of these rules.
