I moved in I believe it was in 2019. I just recently moved. I recommend this place the people living there are wonderful. They will help each other out. They work on activities and fun things for people to do there There is a bingo night and it can be a lot of fun. My father enjoyed it and I as well. They also have these dinners where you all get together. It’s so nice. Kimberly is the management there and she was so helpful to me. My father passed in December and I had to have some help with something and she was wonderful.... read more
We moved my mother in in the summer of 2018. She is now 90 and this is her forever home. She loves it here. The new manager Kimberly is wonderful with her. She has some great neighbors and everyone looks out for everyone in this building. She loves sitting on the balcony and just watching the people come and go and we all know that she is safe here.
Kimberly is very helpful in setting up the auto pay on rent. That was very help
My husband and I moved to the Fairfield Village Sr. Apartments in September 2018. I plan for this to be my forever home. The Manager , Kimberly Dye, is excellent. She is highly professional and friendly and makes the tenants and the upkeep of the apartment building and grounds, a high priority. I appreciate her concentration on detail and she is extremely aware of the needs of the tenants. She is very pleasant to work with and always has the tenants well being her focus. I have been here for a year and a half and I love it here. The maintenance person is great and the cleaning person is great also and the management is great also. I love the fact that I don’t have to fix anything. The only complaint is that the parking lot needs more lights.
