Management lied to me before I moved in, and I discovered they lied to everyone. They lied about monthly potluck dinners where the complex would supply the entree and residents would bring a dish. They lied about monthly field trips sponsored by the complex. They lied about the free daily activities. Everything here is paid for. The allow smoking in this Smoke Free complex. I had to move out because a smoker moved in below me.
Not a true 55 & older place, kids & grandkids are living there. Expect high rent increases & avoid #238, There is stuff growing there. They are currently looking for a new property manager which is a good thing. The residents are very nice but the management & maintenance were non existent.
