Terrible property management company. Currently a renter at one of their acquisitions and they show absolutely no care or regard for their residents. They overcharge for terrible apartments that they know will basically be construction zones for the entirety of your lease without warning about said construction. There will never be any accurate communications on construction. They employ scummy practices to keep you trapped like offering concessions that you need to pay back if you want to break your lease over the terrible ... read more
Fairfield resident pair with forest creek in Houston TX is awful no one never answer the phone…. When you come to the office they always busy or out and never get back to you…. Please do better and get people that willing to work and help residents
Edit: In Colorado you're required to give me 24 hours notice before sending people into my apartment. This failed to happen 3 days IN A ROW, I complained each time. I also have a dog as listed on my profile that at least one of these contractors almost got bit by when your office didnt do what they were supposed to. Believe it or not people have lives that go on inside of your investment and they require proper notice to accomodate maintenance staff. Fix yourselves.
