Not that good of an experience. Beds were hard as a rock and we had to switch rooms because the first one we got had a musky smell to it. More annoying though, they told us it would $139 a check in for the night. Turned out to actually be $161 after all the extra taxes and fees they included in it including a "convention and tourist tax". Who the heck do you think uses hotels, locals? Last night, after arriving in Huntsville, AL feeling completely exhausted, I found myself scrolling through the Marriott app looking for a comfortable place to land. Front desk on 3rd shift was Extremely Helpful. He resolved an issue Very Quickly, with such a Positive and Pleasant attitude. 1st Shift Front Desk - He was also very Helphul, Professional, with a positive attitude. 2nd shift front desk, a female with braids - had such a Poor Attitude, Poor Listening skills, Poor Service, and seemed annoyed to do her job.
We had a good stay here. Staff is a bit more reserved. Breakfast was good, shower was awesome with excellent pressure (4th floor). Beds and pillows are comfy. Quiet area. Good night sleep. 😃 Recommended
