Great clean hotel for business travel and for those visiting Redstone
The manager Randy shoe is very rude and obnoxious, he had the nerve to cuss at us in the lobby over a bill that was PAID, he never even gave us a chance to pay it before threatening to call the police. It wasn’t even our checkout day yet. Would NOT recommend this place. We are platinum members at the Marriott hotels. Then he banned us from the Hotel. He shouldn’t bring his personal problems to work and treat customers that way
Wifi didnt work and bed/pillows are awful. Friendly staff, very clean place with an excellent breakfast.
Recently stayed here and every aspect was excellent, I’d recommend staying here.
