I have stayed at Marriott properties for an extended period over the last few months and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I requested a later check-out time and mentioned a possible extension of my stay if I was not ready to check out by the deadline. I take full responsibility for not calling the front desk back and completing the extension before my reservation expired, as I had fallen asleep around the time of checkout. Newer, clean, nice hotel. One issue room 111, shower door seal leaked badly. Pool of water on bathroom floor after each shower.
Great location just off of Redstone, clean hotel, with great staff
The breakfast was good.
