Nice properties. Great place to live
Do not rent from any Fairfield property. Fairfield is a money-grabbing greedy corporation. All they care about is how to take your money. We moved out last month and they took away $145 from our $500 security deposit. Under damages was written “clean apartment”. We left the apt in pretty neat condition without any significant damage. And these greedy people charged us money for having the apartment cleaned after we moved out. What a joke! Also their maintenance is very very slow. Friend lives there and he has a one bedroom upstairs apartment and it's very nice. I never asked what he pays, but overall I think it's a nice place to live.
