Unlivable Conditions and Dismissive Management If you take nothing else from this review: living here, especially in a downstairs unit, is a bad idea. Here’s why: The upstairs neighbors' washer/dryer combo (the compact, single-unit type) vibrates so violently it shakes the floors and walls below. Terrible Living Conditions and Negligent Management If you ignore everything else: You will not have a good time here and if you live downstairs. 1) your neighbors washer/dryer combo(the 2 in 1, not the stacked kind) will shake the entire floor. 2) When your upstairs neighbor walks around the ceiling will shake and creak. Assuming you view your apartment before you sign your lease look at the ceiling for dimples that have spackled and painted. That's the nails/screws moving because the floor above you keeps moving. Fraudulent practices by managment. Moved to 672 fulton. Smoker building, every couple of weeks plumbing issues. They had me sign the lease by telling wrong parking spot (needed it for old parents) and after 4 months told me to park in the back of the building saying there's no legal documented proof for assigned parking (although there's all communication proof with leasing agent). I pay $3120 plus electricity for 2 bedrooms. Please be careful
Place looks clean and very nice, calm and the inside of each unit smells good and clean
