I went in for a physical last year because I finally got health insurance and have had back problems due to my job with the railroad for years. I explained that I had back pain to Dr. Bhatt. The doctor was dismissive of my pain and told me to do stretches for it, no actual advice, did not explain what types of stretches could help, seemed like he was trying to speed through my evaluation. Been visiting Dr Bhatt for over 4 years, it’s been very inconsistent experience. In my initial visit, he accurately diagnosed my B12 deficiency and gave tips and medications. However, 8 out of 10 visits have been below par and the doctor wouldn’t even spend few minutes to listen. Like others mentioned, annual visits are a joke and I wonder if they don’t get paid by insurance companies as they force additional consulting appointments to review results.
