Let me start by saying I tired to post this on the Fairfield Community board and it was DENIED. Stating "your post was rejected after reviewed by the property management". At 6:15 am on a Saturday morning I was walking to my car as I got closer to my vehicle I saw a man who I did not recognize siting on the drivers side with the door open. I told the man "sir get out of my car" (while slurring his words) he stated "this is not my car" again I stated "sir get out of my car". I like living at Fairfield,my apartment comfortable,no problem.

The people that live here are nice. The lack of security is a big problem. The rent goes up every lease renewal by $100. You have to pay for everything, water, gas, trash(you have to throw it out anyway. Maintenence is ok, but overall, the place is way too expensive. Fairfield is taking over everywhere. . .

I moved in July I moved in during covid only issue can’t use any of the amenities gym or family area. The pool ain’t able to bring grandkids only tenants. I’m happy with place needs better security I work nights and sometimes unwanted people gather in parking lot. Rent issue with online still waiting on help.

They are awful. I left October 26th with plenty of notice. It's January 15th and they still have not returned my deposit. I left the place immaculate, paid rent on time, ever time! I asked the management and maintenance people to come and see the apartment before I left but no one cared. I also took pictures of the empty place to make sure there were no discrepancies. Luckily, the deposit was only $500 but it's infuriating. Check the BBB before you rent from Fairfield, they are documented to keep the deposit. If you rent the... read more
