Upon first impressions, I thought this OB/GYN would be a good fit for me. The nurse practitioner, Kim she did an amazing job as to listening to me as an patient and my concerns and what I had to say. Unfortunately, the delivering OB She seems to be one track minded and set on her own agenda, and only sees fit to do what she wants to do instead of listening to the patient getting understanding from the patient and in the medical field that is highly unfortunate. Dr. BUI is great but literally the office NEVER answers the phone!!! Like EVER literally had to call 6 times this morning just to cancel an appointment.
I love this place. Dr. Bui is s great gynecologist. Her staff is amazing and kind. It's plan and simple. You show respect and you will get respect. I've had problems getting pregnant for 12+ years. Every obgyn i have gone to would just do blood work and tell me this is what's wrong or it's this. My husband and I literally gave up trying to have a baby. I started seeing Dr. Bui in the year of 2022. She did everything to check me out. In 2023 she found polyps in my cervic. Suggested to get them removed. Had the surgery. And 6 ... read more
