They always treat you with great care and so easy to get in contact with them and easy scheduling
I don’t know how this place still has three stars. This place needs to be shut down immediately beginning from the front receptionist all the way down to the billing department. It’s horrible all around including the OB Dr. Bui HORRIBLE . I had a surgery scheduled ready and they cancelled it last minute because I wouldn’t pay out of pocket and they were too lazy to bill my insurance . RUNNNNNN everyone here is rude . No professionalism at all . LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS THERES A PATTERN.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I went to Dr. Bui for a Nexplanon removal and was shocked by how unprofessional the experience was. She acted clearly annoyed from the start, like doing the procedure was a burden. She attempted to remove it, cut into my arm, but couldn’t get it but then sent me on my way with zero aftercare instructions or follow-up guidance.
