Verified Renter Moving In 882 Harvest Oak Most everything is Ok…the dryer vent needs replaced and I was wondering if the unit was cleaned. The drawers in the bathrooms were dirty, the sinks in the bathrooms were dirty, some of the kitchen cabinets are sticky, the floor is very gritty, and the sliding door tracks are very dirty. There are also 3 large pots of dirt in the back…not sure what to do with those..

Its so quiet! My last apartment was an absolute nightmare. From noisy neighbors upstairs, to the maintenance staff taking weeks to complete anything. I'm glad I found these homes! Not only do I no longer have upstairs neighbors, I cant even hear my neighbors on either side of me. And Bob is always on top of things. I've never had to wait longer than a day for him to fix anything inside.
Nice Staff We recently moved in here and we love it. The staff is friendly and always kind and indulge me when I come in. we plan to stay for many years and I certainly hope that the staff does as well.
Peaceful Homes I was nervous about selling my home and moving into an apartment. But I'm glad I did. Its nice and quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. Its nice to know that I don't have to worry about maintenance issues or landscaping any more now that I'm on my own. I'm very thankful I found this community.
Great Homes I've been here a few months now and I love my home. Its helpful not having stairs and the garage is nice especially with the weather always changing. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive and the girls in the office are always available to answer my questions.
Great Apartment Living I love living here. My apartment is spacious and quiet. The maintenance man is always available and I think he lives in the complex. The apartment manager also lives on the complex and is very friendly. My neighbors are friendly and the location provides easy access to 675 and I-70. Ten minute drive down a back road and you're in Yellow Springs. Five minutes away from Fairfield Mall. Close to Wright Patt. AMAZING Apartment Life! Love living here!!! The community is wonderful, my neighbors are friendly and welcoming, the maintenance is on time and efficient. I never hear anything through the walls. This is the BEST idea as far as apartment living goes. When it snows, my drive and walkway are mysteriously cleaned. I LOVE that. I really can't say enough about Fairfield Oakes in Fairborn!
