This office is homie and all my medical issues are listen and heard. I am given the best treatment to fit my medical needs. Highly recommend Melinda Davis.
I don't understand why every time I call I'm on hold for 10to 15 minutes? I asked can I leave my name and phone number and call me back when it's convenient for YOU?! They actually said no ! Stay on hold! Who runs this office??? I'm thinking of going somewhere else!!!!
Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been marred by significant challenges. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, hold times exceeded 15 minutes each time. Finally securing an appointment with a nurse practitioner, I encountered further frustration when the requested blood work wasn't sent to Quest as promised. Poor Quality Service. As a first time patient, I looked forward to coming here. I called and made an appointment for a well check up and was asked to get blood work prior. When I went in for my bloodwork, I found out that the PA had neglected to send over my paperwork and Quest was unable to do anything. When I called the office, their office line didn't open up to accept phone calls 15 minutes past the advertised time at 9 am.
