Thin walls, racist tenants and creeps who listen outside your door and attempt to break into your apartment. Foul water, mold issues, water damage.. The list can go on forever. Absolutely no luxury to this building. It’s actually comical that they responded to a bad review, yet ignore several mails. And when you call management they refused to talk over complaints on the phone.
Heat in the winter is scarce I’m constantly turning my oven on to have heat in my apartment and when it does turn on it wakes you from your sleep because of how loud it is (which okay its an old building ) … the washer and dryers downstairs are trash .. they don’t work properly and if you make a complaint to Fairfield they tell you they can’t do anything about it since it’s rented through a third party .. Wow so unprofessional I kid you not. I have been trying to contact this place for WEEKS and when I finally get a response it sounds like the guy just got out of bed at 2:00pm. When I asked about the apartments that were available online the guy blew me off the phone and said nothing is available and hung up. Terrible terrible terrible. Such a shame
