The property is great. Property manager Melissa is amazing and extremely helpful. She’s insightful and answers any and all questions and is just a blessing to have on site to assist with the leasing process or to walk on a tour. If your are looking for a friendly inviting community to live than this is the place!!
Fairfield Lakes is a beautiful property and I absolutely loved the property manager Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had which was amazingly helpful and reassuring. She was very personable, kind, and understanding making my home hunting feel calm and smooth as it can be extremely stressful! I would definitely recommend this property on the simple fact that it’s refreshing having an attentive Property manager!
Melissa is by far one of the best property managers I have encountered. I have toured a lot of communities and she was so awesome, answered all my questions weather they were good or bad. I definitely am suggesting her and her property to everyone. I cannot wait to move in.
Worst place to live shotty conditions bad Management worst maintenance. This place is a dump. The only reason they call it luxury homes so they don’t have to lease a section at eight housing
