Last night several more apartments were flooded with propylene glycol by a malfunctioning fire suppression system. A failing fire suppression system is flooding apartments at an alarming rate in this complex. 8 apartments in the past few months. This week 3 apartments (247, 248 & 249) were flooded with when a sprinkler head went off for no reason. I lived at Fairfield for 8 years. In the past year the security is non existent. Cars are beginning broken into, gates smashed , my car has been keyed 3 times this month and have gas siphoned from some tanks. There are times when walker come and I have found drug users asleep by dumpsters and the dog walk . The CVS opened 24 hour parking lot next door is a a hangout for drug users and homeless and opened to our community .
