Terrible. Was at this hotel for 4 days and they never cleaned the room. Never took out the trash. Complained when I asked for new towels. As if using the same towels for 4 days was not enough. It's disgusting!!
Fairly straight and fresh hotel. Free breakfast - ok. Quiet, not a party place. Right next to Outlet Mall. Shower not working perfect. Water pressure and hot water should be better.
Indoor Pool still closed!!! It was closed when I stayed a few months ago too!!! They claim it would be opening soon but they LYING 🤣🤣🤣 Housekeeping is rude & unfriendly as usual!!! Of course front desk think they are better than you & rude when checking in... Don't even think about asking a question abt something in the area bc they will tell you, you can Google it yourself...
