Hotel and rooms were nice, but the beds and pillows were awful. Both my husband and I woke up sore necks and backs. If they get new beds and pillows, I would have given 5 stars.

John at the front desk was great... but this is the worst stay I've ever had! The absolute worst. And I stay at Marriott 75+ nights per year. The guests staying in the rooms around me were loud and drunk until 3am, slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, loud all night.

The "mattress" was legitimately a torture device. It caused both me and my partner so much pain. I couldn't sleep at all until I lined up pillows under my body, which helped slightly, though barely enough to get a couple hours' sleep. Aside from access to indoor plumbing, we literally would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. Meaning this hotel failed at 50% of what a hotel fundamentally needs to provide—a comfortable place to sleep.
