Clean, breakfast was just meh. Customer service was great!
Third floor ice machine broken. Second floor ice machine empty. You need to use first floor ice machine. Reading light in room broken. Mens restroom appalling. One faucet not working and urinal is broken. Woman at front desk needs to learn how to smile.
This place is outdated even you know it’s kind of Neuer. Lotta broken items. Not maintain very well everything was very mid.
If you want a quiet hotel go else where. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room around you. This includes the rooms across the hall from you. Since this hotel caters to kids sports teams and the sports park down the street. There are lots of kids running and yelling in the hallways. As I write this review, it’s 11:45pm on a Friday night I can hear the TV’s from the rooms on both sides and a family conversation about what they have planned for tomorrow.
