Staff went above and beyond to make a chill night for the baseball game when I stayed here. Got the upgraded WiFi ran my online games smooth. Staff is friendly and everything is clean every time I stay here. Also close to everywhere I need to be which is nice. Try to stay here whenever they have availability. Bed was super comfortable no complaints at all from me.
Room and location was okay but trying to contact them after the stay is impossible. We were trying to call to see if an item was left behind but the phone number listed appears to be disconnected. Tried calling the customer service number with cooperate and they couldn’t contact them either. They sent a message and we’re waiting to hear back.
The location of this hotel really is ideal in Reno. It’s away from downtown Reno and is in a good area right off of I-80. The service was good even late at night and the employees that helped us were very friendly! The room was very comfortable and had ample space for two people in separate beds. The breakfast was also nice to have and was a good addition.
My car was broken into overnight in the hotel parking lot. Then I had a disturbing moment with a staff member yelling at me. Guest safety is a complete joke at this property. I travel year round for work and have stayed in hundreds of Marriott hotels but, this is by far the worst and most uncomfortable stay I have ever had. Will not be returning anytime soon.
