Clean room. Service was great. Would stay here again. Air conditioning was amazing. Forgot to let them know the fridge didn't work but didn't take away from my visit
Incompetent staff and no manager on property two days in a row and no staff is qualified to handle issues. Please don't waste your time coming here. Maintenance will enter your room shortly after knocking even if you're in the bathroom, the rooms are barely clean.
Nobody has been at this front desk for over 30 minutes. It’s almost midnight I’m going to leave in 10 minutes and hopefully I can get a refund since I can’t get any help. There’s a group of people who said it’s been even longer than since I’ve been here that are hanging in the lobby
