I was charged cancelation fees for 2 rooms that were canceled well prior to the cancelation policy requirement. I called the hotel to request the charges be reversed. With no luck, I called Bonvoy and after an hour on the phone, I was able to get 1 of the room cancelation charges credited back to me. After 3 weeks later, I am still awaiting for the second erroneous charge to be credited back to my account. I will not book with this hotel for future visits to Palm coast.
Better options than this place. Booked on-line and when we got there it was a mess and my Titanium level they said couldn’t be recognized. Old rooms. Decently clean though. Will not stay here again
You get wha you pay for. Place is dirty and outdated. The breakfast is good and I’ve noticed the only reason people comment on the breakfast is because it’s the only nice thing about this place. They do allow pets in the dinning area and around the food which is not sanitary. Bring shower shoes and your own towels because I don’t think they ever cleaned the showers and the towels are dirty looking. Also the sheets are extremely itchy. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. I stayed one night and it was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, outdated, smelled like mold, and the bed & furniture were uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Old Kings Rd Palm Coast FL.
