My wife and I went here for a staycation to go to Disney. The first night in the room at 11pm at the Wawa there was about 100 plus motorcycles there just revving their engines for about a good hour. Then around 2am in the morning there was somebody in some room that was banging on the door for about a good amount of time, when i called the front desk and let them know they came up but by the time they got up there the person stopped so they weren't able to locate them. Best manager in the world
The location of this hotel is in a literal strip mall where there are barely any parking spots and they have the audacity to charge for parking. You will be parking behind nasty buildings and restaurants with huge piles of trash everywhere. I only included one picture, but just imagine that as the entire parking lot. Have fun wheeling your luggage through the sludge as well. Second time staying here. Good spot for Disney parks and Disney Springs. Staff are great. Carmen at the front desk was helpful in finding me an available room and getting me checked in early, which was greatly appreciated. Staff during breakfast are cheerful. The main lobby and breakfast area are fine, but the hallways and rooms are tired and need to be renovated asap. Beds are fine, TV's just got upgraded to new units with full streaming capabilities, bathrooms aren't in the greatest of shape, same with the furniture. Water... read more
