Immaculately clean room, nice staff, located close to Disney.
Terrible Experience Terrible customer service. I made a prepaid reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel charged me again at check-out. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. No one has followed up or taken responsibility for their mistake, and they don’t respond to emails either. I do not recommend this hotel.
