DO NOT STAY HERE — SCAMMED AND TRAUMATIZED BY MANAGEMENT. I had a two-night reservation and checked in at 3 PM, only to be told they “didn’t have availability” because I booked through a third-party site. This exact situation had happened before, so when I reminded them, the manager suddenly “found” a room - but only if I paid $60 more than I did originally. This hotel would be fine….bit the service is poor. Operations Manager (with some cool tattoos) was horrible. Doesn’t know customer service.
We booked unknowingly on an extremely busy weekend. With the hotel knowing they're fully booked you would think the service and food would be fairly decent. Honestly I usually leave amazing reviews. Breakfast was ATROCIOUS AND BEYOND EDIBLE. I HAD A BANANA UNTIL I COULD REACH A MEAL THAT WAS WORTH PUTTING INTO MY BODY.
I always enjoy staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Orlando when I’m on the way down to Palm Beach County to visit family. The staff are friendly, the free breakfast is great, and pricing is very reasonable. Comfortable, convenient, and always a pleasure. Thank you so much!
