Our stay at this location was OK. It started off VERY rough with a DEFCON 1 situation with our room, but the matter was treated seriously and professionally and we were offered a replacement room on a different floor, so apart from that, everything with our stay was OK. The bed was not the most comfortable, and the hotel itself is showing its age and lacks any special features, but it is adequate as a spot to sleep in and navigate the city from.

I knew this was a 3 starts hotel but it's more like a 1-2. Unfortunately, for any Platinum Lifetime members, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The hotel offers virtually no services: no gym, no fridge, no safe, no customer service, no slippers, no bathrobe. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, it's super noisy and the overall cleanliness is well below Bonvoy standards. The rooms were gross. I’ve never done this before but I looked at the room and immediately left and checked into a different hotel. It’s the kind of hotel you’re scared would have bed bugs.
The best point about this hotel is definitely the location, that's the perfect place to go anywhere in the city or around. However, the rooms and amenities are quite old, the walls are thin and the doors not very sound proof (and not adjusted) so you basically hear everything happening in the corridor or the next room. Also, I saw quite some rusty spots in the bathroom, and some parts where the wallpaper is getting detached from the wall. It's still very clean, but that's worth mentioning.
