Just checked out of this hotel. Run down. The room was small. Snagged carpet. The view out the window was dirty glass and a building that was either under construction or just in need of updates. I got put into a disability friendly room because that’s all that was available. I wouldn’t stay here again. And I’m a regular visitor to NYC.
I had to pull and push hard to to get my door to latch. Very outdated and AC had a mildew smell to it
Rooms need to be updated.
