Location of hotel was great. Hotel on the outside is very pretty. Unfortunately this inside is very outdated and worn out. The hotel is anything but comfy. I try and stay at strictly Marriott hotels, and this was my least favorite hotel experience yet. Customer service was fine, however when needing anything it's a bit of inconvenience and when checking out, we had to go find someone because they were away from the desk on their phone and wasn't rude but wasn't kind either.
