Stayed here because it was in close to proximity to an appt that I had. We liked that it had lots of choices for dinner that could be door dashed to us , and had a great breakfast in the morning !staff was super friendly and nice
They didnt clean rm or replace towels. We were there for 3 days.
Couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Called the front desk and they said someone would be up to look at it. Never showed up. They waited til we were asleep to call us back to see if it started working. We were in the heat all day and looked forward to sleeping in the cool air. For the price we paid for 1 night stay I was not satisfied nor happy. And this was the pictured frame they had up in the bathroom.
Booked a room online so it allowed me to check in through the app. I called to request early check in and the front desk stated I couldn’t check in early. I asked him what is the earliest check in and he stated he didn’t have one. He didn’t even ask for my name or dates to verify if he had any early check-ins. I really don’t know if the hotel was fully booked or he was just too lazy to look bc he didn’t ask for any more information to verify.
