I stayed here for an 11 night work trip. Form the first night I could tell my AC was not working well. I was humid in my room. I asked the hotel to fix it. They serviced it immediately but it did not fix the humidity issue. The worst of the stay was that they have a German cockroach infestation. I saw them in my room. I told the front desk and they called pest control. But when I was walking in the hallways I saw another one. Those things are VERY hard to get rid of. And will overtake a home/building if not dealt with.
Stayed here because it was in close to proximity to an appt that I had. We liked that it had lots of choices for dinner that could be door dashed to us , and had a great breakfast in the morning !staff was super friendly and nice
They didnt clean rm or replace towels. We were there for 3 days.
Couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Called the front desk and they said someone would be up to look at it. Never showed up. They waited til we were asleep to call us back to see if it started working. We were in the heat all day and looked forward to sleeping in the cool air. For the price we paid for 1 night stay I was not satisfied nor happy. And this was the pictured frame they had up in the bathroom.
