This was a great place to stay in the past. There was constructions so I had to leave and come back to find a parking space. There were no carts and the front desk said people leave them in their rooms without returning. I asked if they had considred getting room numbers so they could go secure the carts if they werent returned. I was told that had not be thought of.....I had to hand carry every luggage which was 3 trips from my car to the room while the front desk clerk sat and watched but had said he would help. Good people and place to stay
First night, AC didn’t work. Got moved to a room with no shower curtain, handle in the tub fell off in my hand, vent in bathroom didn’t work, mold on ceiling, mold in tub. The lamps next to the bed had busted charging ports. I informed the front desk, they said that they would issue Marriot points for my problems. Never got them. I have never seen a Marriott so neglected and ran down.
