The staff is AWESOME!!! Very professional, courageous and welcoming. If there are any issues, they stop at nothing to ensure that you have a great stay. I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all they have to offer. Shout out to Adele and Jamie
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Adele and Jamie were especially helpful, along with all the other women on staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
As of 01/10/2026, this property does not reflect Marriot' brand image. The verve present during my 2-night visit was akin to an extended stay motel. I write this review because I was awakened at 2:21 AM by what sounded like an heavy object dropped in the room above. To make sure I was awake, the object was dropped a second time at 3:15 am. I am done with the location, not decided on the brand at this posting. Thank you.
I have stayed here at this location many times. I always make sure my room has a bathtub, which this last room did but when I checked in after driving 6.5 hrs. I discovered the room had NO HOT WATER. Ended up going on to bed w/o a bath or shower b/c I was extremely tired. When I mentioned the issue to the lady at checkout the next morning, she simply told me that no one else had had that trouble and as I was beginning to ask for some type of compensation, she simply walked off into the back office.
