If Marriott needed to guage excellent customer service they need to look at Lawton,OK. This property each and every person from front desk to housekeeping to grounds had their PhD in customer service and making you feel invited and welcomed... If I could give a 10 I'd probably give a 20 because this is missing in so many businesses and I've stayed at so many Marriott properties the customer service exceeds them all..
We had a great stay here. The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly! The room was nice. It needs a good vacuum but other than that, it was great! The breakfast was pretty good, except, several people were there wanting breakfast and they weren't keeping up with the demand at all. They were out of coffee, eggs, bagel sandwiches, biscuit sandwiches and bacon. We just left.
The staff is Amazing! Adele went out of her way make sure I had everything I needed.
