I’ve stayed here 4 times over the last couple of years. Never had any issues until this stay. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The location is very convenient when traveling for medical appointments for my daughter. I feel safer staying in this location versus other areas we’ve stayed at. However, the rooms on the first floor definitely have mold issues. Service was subpar at best. The cleaning service cut me in line to get to the elevator. what happened to customer service? The answer is there was none. Even though they cut in front of me to get to the elevator, I took the stairs and I still got there first because the elevator was that slow. I was appalled. The front desk lady was odd. She was quite monotone. The rooms had a weird smell and atmosphere. The pullout beds had weird stains on them. The blackout curtains had holes in them.
