Kevin definitely creates a great customer service experience
One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in recently.
We got put in a room that smelled gross, we got moved then instantly complains about us being too loud at 7pm within minutes of being here. Definitely not a 3 star hotel trash all over the floors….all the doors were dirty would not recommend.
Awful experience. We booked on Hotels.com and paid in advance. When we arrived we were forced to pay for parking. The room smelled horrid and the breakfast tasted odd. We will never again seek out a Fairfield Inn.
