Really terrible. Check in desk didn't know which direction our room was (it's only two choices), rooms falling apart (toilet not even sealed down and wobbled back/forth), breakfast people never showed so we dug through the storage room to find some milk for the cereal. No water in any water dispensers. Oy!
Breakfast was less than average.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bed & pillows were super comfortable! Our room was very clean! Good breakfast. Hot coffee is available in the lobby throughout the day. Plus, it is close to lots of restaurants and other shopping venues.
Kind of run down. For the money, stay somewhere else.
Credit card got charged twice. Upon calling for the extra charge to be reimbursed the guy on the phone said he didn't even have any record of me staying there and his manager would call me back. Never got a call back, tried calling again this is about a week later now and they didn't answer so I disputed the transaction on my credit card. Now it's a complete mess trying to get my credit card company to reimburse me.
