Started off walking into a room that was 79 degrees when they knew we were coming since I checked in virtually with an estimated arrival. After a long travel day a hot room was not welcoming. Then, the AC blew right on the bed and smelled terribly of mold/mildew. The room was a suite but the AC was one of those older exterior wall box units so the living portion of the room had no venting. It was always warmer than the bedroom. I love this hotel! We stay here when we come into town to visit relatives. Perfect as our home away from home.
Stayed there quite a few times… This is the third time that the cleaning lady Knocked to clean the room !!!!!! They need to have better communication with their staff !!!!! Told her that I had the room till 2 She said she had 12 noon for cleaning!!!!
I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was beyond accommodating and kind. We had a late check in as we were traveling from LA. It was such a long drive I was so ready to sleep! We got there around 10pm. The lady who checked us in was such a delight. The lobby was clean and welcoming. They and a fun little setup with cowboy hats and a back drop to take pictures with.
