Excellent experience. Everything was well maintained, great breakfast options, and the staff was polite and welcoming.
They refuse your visit if you live in the area. They couldn’t make it make sense to me. Why would you turn away business from a local? What do you have to gain or lose? Was having issues with my electricity and needed a place to stay for one night and was refused service even though they had rooms available. Terrible experience. Will never stay at another Fairfield!
My husband myself and our two small children stayed for one night. My husband asked the front desk last night for a feminine napkins he gave my husband one I asked the woman at the front desk this morning for one and she told me we don't have them here but your lucky Walmart is just across the parking lot and laughed in my face. Very bad customer service i work at the courtyard Marriott and we have them on hand
