Congratulations on being the worst Fairfield I’ve stayed in. I have stayed almost 400 nights in Bonvoy hotels, so that’s saying a lot. Management seems to have given up even trying to do well, and this Fairfield has to be on the level of a trucker motel. Fairfield’s in general have slipped a long way over the years but this one has hopelessly found the bottom. They won’t even send out an email to allow me to post a review on Bonvoy’s app - I wonder why?

Thefront desk associate her name is Wendy asked for her when you come. She is absolutely best Fairfield Marriott Associateis remarkable. I’m from Elmira. I haven’t been up here since 2015 so I came home for a family reunion. I thought the Holiday Inn was still open and downtown, but it is so poor and dirty. It’s disgusting so at the last minute I called the Fairfield Inn and this woman Wendy worked her magic and got me four rooms for me and my children and she did it. I try to take hotel with pool, to relax after all day on motorcycle, but pool is small and crowded, so if you not pool person so it 5 stars for dissent price
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. The ac was AWESOME! Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Tom, Ben and Wendy! They are the best! The location is great, in the middle of a large commercial area. I recommend.
