Nice free breakfast in the morning. Other guest are very friendly. Some of the desk and cleaning people were not smiling much so it didn’t feel welcoming at times. Rooms were nice, wish TVs had Roku for more family friendly old shows
Upon arrival, I contacted the front desk to ask where to go for the shuttle. The lady, Kiera, kept saying “A81” but there is no such location. I asked her for clear directions, but she kept insisting I go underground and call her from there, even though there is no Wi-Fi signal in that area. I explained I was coming from Canada and did not have mobile internet, but she made no effort to explain better. There were repairs done in the bathroom and other drywall that was not patched and textured properly and the TV did not work. The lack of attention to detail with the patch work tells me they dont pay attention to details and it makes me wonder what else is beeing neglected. Room 200 FYI.
