This is very convenient to Atrium Carolinas Medical Center and has a shuttle to take you there and back, as well as to the airport. If you need the hospital rate, you must request a referral from the hospital directly. You cannot make the reservation online and get that price. The breakfast is complementary and excellent. The service is amazing.
The hotel stay was great. The hotel is old and needs updating when it comes to the rooms but most important is that it was clean. The restaurant serves great food and breakfast was good as well. The staff was very kind. I would stay here again.
I know your supposed to be ready for noise in the city, but this place has horrible sound protection and I slept horribly, also beds were very uncomfortable and only two nights reversed my Chiropractor work. Elevators were scary to be in. Dark, shaky, noisy. Lobby was clean as well as rooms so staff is doing a decent job there. No towels near the pool area was a negative especially after using all of ours to shower. I feel I am being generous with my rating in stars, but zi believe this building needs improvements.
