Your service staff in the restaurant and breakfast area got you the 2 stars. For a 3 star hotel, you were sub par. Pros: Location to the convention center Banquet area upstairs Cons: 2 elevators Maintenance Issues No room service for 4 days Things not working For nearly $200 a night I was disappointed for sure. When we arrives, our shower was busted. There was a crack in the sink. The safe did not operate (but had a slot to insert a credit card ...), the fridge did not work and was in fact hot, there was trash about, a ladde... read more
