Needed a place close to the hospital. The staff were AMAZING! They took care of me and my MIL and helped in any way possible. The staffmade our stay easy and fun. When you are dealing with many things at the hospital each day, you don't want to get to a hotel and have more hoops to jump thru! I cannot say enough about three of the staff, one whose name I forgot, the other two are Jay and Alisha. In the future, this will be stop #1 if I need to be at Atrium Health Main/CMC in Charlotte, NC.
Room was amazing--really appreciate the upgrade for being a loyal Bonvoy Elite member. Good location. Nice pool, elevated lobby and special breakfast room. Best of all, night staff was super-welcoming. Shoutout to Sherry who really made me feel at home! Thank you
