The stay was fantastic. Checking on the other hand. We came a day early tried told her we wanted a room for Friday night too if they had one available which was the night we got in well actually she made us wait 20 minutes to run her audit and end of day. Finally after we waited she goes I can’t check you into your Saturday reservation because I have to run audit first. Well that’s what she literally made us wait in the lobby for. So why not. Never clean the rooms, we talk on front desk, the answer is I just work on front desk
Random person came into my room at midnight! I called the front desk and they said it was a mistake and hung up. No apology.
