We would definitely come back here and stay again! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the customer service exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the artwork (Snoopy) and welcome message on the board as we walked in. It was altogether a great experience and this was also our first stay at a Marriott hotel and it won't be our last.
My brother and I stayed here on a Friday night before heading to Cooperstown. Good location off the highway, services close by, clean room, friendly staff. We had a room facing the 'back' of the hotel, near the road. The windows don't keep the traffic noise and the train whistle out of the room. I take a sleep aid but dropping off to sleep and waking in the morning the room was louder than it should have been. Be prepared.
Good clean lodging on the outskirts of town. Close to restaurants and the canal. Very good staff. ask for a room away from the road for a quieter sleep.
Fantastic experience! I was traveling solo with my toddler and we got in late and were exhausted. They upgraded us for free to a suite which was a wonderful surprise. At breakfast the manager was walking around interacting with guests and asking what she could do to make their stay better. Excellent service. Will definitely be staying here if we come through again!
