Everything was pretty nice, finally no dog or feet smells from carpet. Quiet enough, breakfast needs a Lil upgrade. Or attendant needs attend, and get off the phone. Both Ladies at the desk was very nice and have wonderful customer service skills. Clean smelled great bed was not worn out ice on every floor. Thanks !!!

Staff was friendly. The room was clean for the most part. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. On the comforter there were a few spots also on one of the pillowcases there were a few spots. Pieces of the wallpaper in the bathroom were cut out, and then patched back. We were on the top floor and it was quiet for the most of the night But at some point my fiancé said it sounded like someone was just flushing the toilet all night.

If you have no choice, but to stay or try to avoid front desk, the front desk manager he has a nasty attitude, pics and chooses who she wants to give good service to general manager is hearing a customer get irate, but does not come out has the guts to say go get your stuff and she’ll talk to you when she comes down you’re not the owner and the worst part is this is a corporate own property making up their own rules of a Bonvoy program. Had the worst experience with a woman named Hope. Absolutely rude & talk over ppl to get her voice/message across. I don’t see how people tolerate that attitude & unprofessionalism. Won’t be staying here again

The tv didn’t work at all, there was a clicking sound thru the night and the rot iron outside my window made lots of noise bc the rain was dripping on it. The bed was comfortable tho. All in all, I don’t think I stay there again.
