The room was clean,neat and i love the essentials like cotton swab was great! Didn't like the smell of their bathroom soap but I had mine. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast seating area has TV,printing services, clean and well organized. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. I had to get extra towels and the way the lay gave them to me with a smiling face was phenomenal. Overall the experience was amazing. Will encourage you to go there. Thank you for clean environment.
They put a hold on your card that lasts many days I would not recommend sleeping here. They put a hold on my card. I couldn’t get to where I needed to be because of them. They keep saying we release it then the bank says the hotel is still processing they are playing with people’s money what a disgrace
