Absolutely loved my stay! The service was exceptional, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. The amenities were top-notch, making it a perfect getaway.
I did not have hot water for two days. I called the main desk and they told me some of the rooms have this problem, the clerk said he could run the water in the back sink and it may solve the problem. At 11pm I stood in my wet towel waiting for 10 minutes until the problem corrected. They gave me a small credit. The next morning no hot water again. We usually stay at this hotel every March and book 10-20 rooms for our hockey team. May be time to look for a new hotel.
