Road trip from WI to MT. Enjoyed the stay so much, we booked it on the way home too. A little further away from I-90, but worth it! Clean rooms, great breakfast --- many restaurants options nearby. Although the gentleman at the evening desk needs to improve on his Brand representation, Jackie more than made up for it. Jackie greeted us in the morning for breakfast. She was incredibly nice, on top of the breakfast area and really make our day - stellar employee!! A great way to start the day - Thank you Jackie!!

If you get to breakfast at 8:58am hoping to just grab a yogurt out of the fridge, expect absolutely no mercy from the breakfast lady even if you're 6 months pregnant fridge was locked like a safe, like they couldn't spare a $1 yogurt for a gold+ member because it was 2 minutes to 9, or maybe their clocks are fast.... But not even a courteous "so sorry we are closed" just ignored me trying to open the fridge like I was invisible 🫥 tried to grab some corn flakes but again no milk, felt like a thief trying to get a little foo... read more

Overall it was great. Customer service at the front desk was exceptional, well done! The breakfast staff was also phenomenal, and they had a good selection of items to choose from. The lobby area was clean, and our room was as well. The pullout bed was not comfortable but the king was great. The room smelled a little musty at first but seemed better after running the air for a while. I recommend this hotel to others staying in the Sioux Falls area.
