Overall it was great. Customer service at the front desk was exceptional, well done! The breakfast staff was also phenomenal, and they had a good selection of items to choose from. The lobby area was clean, and our room was as well. The pullout bed was not comfortable but the king was great. The room smelled a little musty at first but seemed better after running the air for a while. I recommend this hotel to others staying in the Sioux Falls area.

I was very happy with my stay! The first thing I noticed was how clean the room was, the staff was welcoming and beds were comfortable. I would definitely book again.
Recently stayed at this hotel while traveling for work. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I waited almost 10 minutes to check in. After the first night my hand started itching. Two days later, large itchy bumbs appeared on both hands. I called corporate and reported the hotel for bed bugs. I also never received my marriot points. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel.
I've got nothing to say bad about the place as everything has been great so far. I won't knock a star off for the issue with the door not latching one day when I came back to the room but happily it was fixed promptly the next day.
