Recently stayed at this hotel while traveling for work. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I waited almost 10 minutes to check in. After the first night my hand started itching. Two days later, large itchy bumbs appeared on both hands. I called corporate and reported the hotel for bed bugs. I also never received my marriot points. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel.

I've got nothing to say bad about the place as everything has been great so far. I won't knock a star off for the issue with the door not latching one day when I came back to the room but happily it was fixed promptly the next day.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, and so when another customer arrived I had to find and flag down hotel staff to check us in. They had internet but it was behind a login, nothing I've not done before and so I signed up and signed in. Imagine my surprise several days later when I'm checking out and not only is internet not free but it's over 30 dollars for less than week of staying there.
