The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The patio was perfect. The location was within walking distance to San Diego Old Town. Less than a mile from MCRD. We took Uber everywhere which was a lot easier to get around. The only complaint I have is the "free" breakfast seemed to have moved times each day so we only had breakfast one day out of 3 that we were there.

I always stay at Marriott hotels when I travel, but this is the first one that has disappointed me so much. You can hear everything from the rooms above, and you can't sleep. Out of the six nights I stayed there, I only received service once. The carpets in the rooms were completely filthy, and the parking is far too expensive. I filed reports, but received no compensation. I'm disappointed with the service and the facilities.

The hotel is in a bad location and is difficult to get into. The parking is in a small garage which is very difficult to fit in and they charge $30.

I really appreciate this place. I really appreciate the manager the owner and it’s one supervisor. He’s very sweet but the rest of the people at the front desk every time I come in it’s always an issue. The lady know Anita she is very sweet and I thought she should get a raise. Pretty location, very convenient to MCRD. Was surprised that my last day the price of the room went up which wasn't explained to me before hand.
