DO NOT stay at this hotel! My bed smelled strongly of urine. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but when I spoke with the manager, Felicia, the next morning, my concerns were completely dismissed. She stated that other guests had stayed in the room without complaints, which felt as though she was implying I was being dishonest. Great place the staff was one of the nicest ones I've ever came across in the hotel industry from the GM to the young lady who checked me in she was the most polite person and made the check in process so easy I had to look around and see we're I was only found 1 thing the phone was not the cleanest I've seen my UV light told the story for a motel it was very clean can't say enough about the lady @ the front desk she by far the most helpful to check me in very professional & very good @ her job multi tasking was second natur... read more

Hotel is near the interstate but secluded in the back where the noise could barely be heard. I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team on April 24th around 3:30 PM. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Thank you to the entire front desk team for making my families visit so pleasant I truly appreciate the kindness and outstanding service!
