Room was impeccably clean when we arrived, also larger than expected which we appreciate as we were traveling with our 9 month old. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was always very friendly and helpful! (My only 'complaint' is that the front desk told us when we checked in that they only clean the rooms every OTHER day. I appreciated the heads up, but that's a terrible policy when you are traveling with a baby and need the trash taken out daily. Also they were a bit stingy with the towels. The room was very nice and relaxing.
Rooms amazing, location is great! But PARADICE was amazing, help me out to get the room we wanted and made sure we were having a great experience at the hotel! Big shout out to her!!!
