I stayed in 420 the room was so clean and fresh.Let's talk about how the towels were all cute and made up like a flower my bed was made the pillows were like dominos I loved my stay and I will be back..the staff was amazing and there was this one house keeper went over and beyond to make sure i was comfortable don't remember here name but she had face tattoos very nice young lady may god bless her and the staff thanks!!! Marriott and Fairfield inn off I-10

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I always get upgraded to a king suite..all of which have been renovated Great place for overnight as our stopover about half way

I arrived at the Fairfield Inn very late after a long day of travel delays and was greeted by Carlos at the front desk. Although there was an issue with my reservation not showing up in the system—due to a problem on Expedia’s end—Carlos remained patient, professional, and determined to make it right. While the check-in process wasn’t entirely seamless, through no fault of Carlos or Fairfield, he remained positive and ensured I was able to settle in.

Service was great, our room was clean and convenient, the staff was pleasant, bathroom had plenty counter space, the breakfast was decent but missing waffle maker, however had good orange juice, and the location was good for us. I believe it was about 30 min from the beach. It wasn't super impressive but the mini fridge and microwave were clean to my surprise.

Rooms are cleaned every other day but we only received one day. All others required stop at the front desk for service. I think that they were short staff. Open lobby and friendly service. Location was near lots of shopping areas and restaurants.
