The room we got had dried urine on the mattress. We had ten change the sheets but a discount or something would be nice. The breakfast is ok if you like oatmeal eggs and sausage everyday
I’ve been a Bonvoy member for well over 10 years. I used points for this stay. Upon arriving on 6/22 around 3:30pm I encountered a check in clerk that was just plain rude and nasty (in case management or Marriott want to check on her, I didn’t get a name) through the yawning.
