Do NOT recommend this Hotel! they have bed bugs,also they have been under construction for quite some time now, rude to their employees,also rude to customers they don’t let customers know they are under construction until they arrive,they strip the bed bug rooms but don’t properly give them treatment when needed. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND…
Would never stay here again. The beds are extremely hard can feel the springs from mattress, room smelled like old mop water, and ants galore. I was in area for a work trip and my last night slept in rental car. They have the nerve to charge close to $200.
We had a group of people stay here in early April (2026) and the conditions were deplorable for some of our group. One person ended up with dozens of bed bug bites and found a bed bug on the bed! Several others had ants in their rooms. This does not appear to be a one-time issue. A search of reviews show bed bugs and other bug problems going back 5-6 years. It would seem the hotel is a magnet for bugs or they are not appropriately cleaning and doing pest control.
I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Muskogee and had a great overall experience. Even though the property is currently undergoing renovations, the staff still provided excellent customer service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of.
