I want to recognize Shenika for her outstanding customer service. There was a miscommunication regarding having our room cleaned, but Shenika quickly addressed the issue and ensured it was resolved in a timely manner. Elise also made sure that the rooms I booked were located close together on the same floor, which made our stay much more convenient. Nice hotel, definitely not sound proof. Someone above me kept stomping around at 1am so that was annoying but that's not really the hotel's fault. Wish guests were informed of common decency before checking in. Also the AC kept waking me up every time it turned on or off and the settings were locked but I watched a video that showed me how to change the settings to constant fan and that solved that problem. Nice hotel... clean and in a good location. Elevator was out of service so very inconvenient being on the 3rd floor!
