I'm going to hit the highlights. The room itself was just OK. But the greeting we received and the professionalism provided by Brian at the front desk was phenomenal. we were honored as gold members and given a little goodie bag with the waters and a snack. they had a little complementary coffee section.. free breakfast, which was similar to the typical. They have the smallest television in the room. They also served only eggs and CORNED BEEF HASH for breakfast as their hot items. I’ve never experienced a breakfast this bad in my many hotel experiences. I advised the front desk of this, but they tried to justify it. We had to cancel the rest of our reservation and went to the nearby Residence Inn. Great choice that was!
