The service was great but I had to cancel my room and rebook elsewhere. The hotel is old and the rooms smell terrible - like must, rotten produce, and other. I was given two separate rooms and had the same issue. The management mentioned they are remodeling in the next year so perhaps this will help! Appreciate the team for being so kind and understanding - the people were wonderful.
Ik heb hier met mijn dochter geslapen. Vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie. Mooie schone kamer met koelkast en magnetron. Prima locatie bij het vliegveld. IKEA en Mall of America op loopafstand. We voelden ons erg veilig in het hotel. Prima ontbijt.
Triple charged for room and desk people didn’t care and wouldn’t help. Very rude service.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fabulous shower after long week of RV’ing with the grandkids!😊. Beeakfast options very nice as well. Highly recommend.
