Loved that the hotel was close to Mall of America and that we could walk right over
Really rude lady in the front desk, I came in and when I was walking towards the front desk I was checking in my phone for the confirmation number, she said hello to me but I was focus in looking for the confirmation number in my phone, she got mad at me for not answering and when I tried asking why do I needed to put a credit card if I paid online (I never booked a hotel before) she got mad and said “because YOU need to pay sir” and she rolled her eyes, and I just used my credit card and went to my room.
