I booked rooms a month before staying, with front desk not online. The hotel gave 3 of our rooms away and said they overbooked, however, I.booked with their front desk and talked with.the front desk couple times that weekend they NEVER said our rooms were given away because they overbooked. They had 3 king rooms they gave us with only a 20.00 discount per room, after they gave our rooms away. The manager Jordan Barnhill didn't care to much about the issue , she was just threatening to cancel our rooms because I was upset. Um... read more
