We stayed here on what was a very busy weekend in Helena, and while that can excuse some things, we unfortunately had poor experiences with rooms not being fully stocked (with essentials like toilet paper or soap), an inoperable ice machine on one floor, a group member’s reservation having been inexplicably canceled in their system and blamed on the guest, hotel WiFi being broken the whole stay, and very mixed front desk service. The locations of good place in the parking is kind of limited there is accessible parking they do have a really good breakfast options as well as in the rooms they've got availability where you can cook like in your microwave such and so on coffee pots etc as well as upfront they do have like microwaveable stuff available that you can purchase right there so you don't have to go anywhere so that does make it convenient it is very nice and the staff are pretty nice as well as I can tell..
