This was the worst Marriott experience we have had. They overbooked us and basically said your out of luck. however, when I got the Marriott Rep. on the phone and enacted the "walk policy" after two hours they all of a sudden had rooms for us. The rooms where gross holes near electrical boxes, black mold in the bathroom. Their pool was not working which was never posted anywhere. The staff was outstanding. However, our room had issues with a lock. It would not lock. Initially, weren’t sure if they could accommodate us. The person at the desk was amazing. She found us another room. Breakfast was good, and the lady over it was amazing.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I didn't get the opportunity to stay there because they gave our room away, even though we'd made reservations 3 months prior. But it's OK since they had a room at their other location. I was asked to wait for the other location to call back. After a half hour of no communication, I called the property directly. This hotel has maintenance, service, courtesy, and location issues and I would not stay again even if it were free. The AC unit would not turn on. The hotel was about 80° inside. Even with the window open all night it was miserable. I brought this up to the manager the next morning. He apologized and offered to comp me 5000 marriott points, which he never did. Took 3 times new key before it was programmed right. Ice machine only works on 2nd floor. Fridge in room broke offered to move rooms no want fixed or change rooms don't want to pack room up staying a week. Electrical room doors wide. Open it doesnt close someone could get hurt. Parking lot full of holes weeds everywhere. Would never stay here again. Rooms are clean but chairs in lobby are wiped up. Elevator very loud door shut s loud slow.
