Good notes..Hotel was clean, staff was kind and courteous. Location was great! Bed was comfy and breakfast was pretty good. Bad notes.. ran out of coffee both morning and eggs were not hot. Ice machine was!out of service on first morning. The room above us had kids and the parents let them run like wild animals for over an hour after 10pm, called front desk and he said he went up to see if he could hear what room it was, he just should’ve come to our room would of heard it loud and clear! Nice newish hotel a long walk from downtown Helen. Free breakfast with a gym and indoor pool. Rooms are great with the sitting area, but the beds were a little stiff.
Great hotel
This hotel was just lovely. Clean, modern and helpful staff! I’ve stayed at my share of the Marriott family and this location ranks among the best.
