The hotel room was very humid and smelled like mold. Especially in the bathroom, the smell is worse and the towels look dirty and also had a bad smell. 3 out of the 4 pillows smelled like it hasn’t been washed for a while.
We were shuffled - told to come back down to the desk- 3x due to musty, dusty, dirty rooms. The 2nd room he sent us to had 1 bed and my husband and I were with our adult daughter! Up and down the elevator and halls we went. We met another family in the elevator who commented that the hotel was the worst Marriott experience they have ever had. We all stated that if we hadn’t been traveling all day and that it wasn’t so late at night, we would all try to find alternative places to stay, but we were all exhausted. We paid for a... read more
