I was traveling for a wedding and had a mixup with the hotel I booked previously, so I called this Marriott in the middle of the night hoping to find a place to stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. I was very excited to see gluten-free (celiac safe) options served at breakfast!

The walls are paper thin. I can hear every word of my neighbor. Like come on man.

The hotel room was very humid and smelled like mold. Especially in the bathroom, the smell is worse and the towels look dirty and also had a bad smell. 3 out of the 4 pillows smelled like it hasn’t been washed for a while.

We were shuffled - told to come back down to the desk- 3x due to musty, dusty, dirty rooms. The 2nd room he sent us to had 1 bed and my husband and I were with our adult daughter! Up and down the elevator and halls we went. We met another family in the elevator who commented that the hotel was the worst Marriott experience they have ever had.
