Great location downtown. Room was a bit small
Exposed carpet nails, leaking shower with loud, squealing door, broken microwave, broken hair dryer. Got put on hold for extensive period of time just trying to get help. They refused to replace my microwave and wanted to take my food to heat up in their lounge by heating it up themselves. The location is good but I've never experienced such terrible Marriott service.
PRO: ++Room nice & clean, big ++Downtown ++Breakfast with padded chairs, real stainless flatware. Quiche and no sugar yogurt (plain) was nice. CON: --Breakfast mostly had starches, breads, cereals, waffles. Only apple or oranges. or eggs or ultra processed sausage
Really nice
We recently relocated to Grand Junction and while we were house-hunting we stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for a month. We had a fabulous stay! The General Manager, Greg Brunet, and the entire team were friendly, responsive, and super helpful! The location in downtown is perfect for browsing local shops and eating at great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and location. A huge 'thank you' to Greg and the team for welcoming us and for taking such great care of us!
