Fairfield in Riverpark is always my favorite when I’m in town. It is always very clean and Issac and workers make you feel welcomed. They are the main reason I keep returning. It does get packed so make your reservation in advance. Thank you Fairfield see you soon.
The room smelled kind of musty like an older hotel. The bed was ok the room is dark so not much lighting for my zoom meetings but it was ok
The women at the front desk Xochilt made this stay stand out. They were warm from the moment I checked in beside it being so late, professional, patient with questions, and quick with helpful local tips. A couple of requests came up during my stay and she handled them with real care — the kind of attentive service you don’t see everywhere. This is what great hospitality looks like. Kudos to the team for setting the bar so high!
