I’ve been staying here since it opened as a Fairfield by Marriott and it’s excellent. Issac and staff are always nice, professional, and helpful. The hotel is always well kept and very nice. Rooms are large, TV’s huge, and beds are comfortable. Free breakfast and parking a plus. Very safe and convenient location. My choice always when I’m working in Fresno.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the highway. The staff is very polite and friendly, and they provide breakfast. The hotel features a gym, a pool, and a small business center. We enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from our room window. It is also close to Granite Park, where the July 4th fireworks and drone show happened. It's 2 hours to Yosemite and Sequoia and 2.5 hours to Santa Cruz. The cafeteria people were super kind and friendly. However, we encountered a couple of issues during our stay. Wh... read more

I stayed in room 103 last Saturday night. The hallway side of the bed was extremely uncomfortable, so badly that I was awake by 2.04am. By 2.30 I left to go sit in the lobby in order not to keep my wife awake. I mentioned it to the I presume new hire young girl, who said she would make a note. At 7am I spoke to the lady at the checkout and she said she will reimburse me 10000 Marriott points, since I paid through a 3rd party super.com. she said it will only reflect by monday, last week.
