Great hotel, very clean, staff was friendly but we did have some hiccups on check in.
Rooms are dated, carpet stinks and towels need to be thrown out. Good thing I found one of my towels at the very top of my luggage. It appears old however the lobby is renovated . Guy at front desk was very accommodating and kind. Overnight the AC in the room kept showing 79 degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I woke up to turn the AC to 70 but it never felt that the room was cooing off which made the night muggy to sleep through. I will not book here again
Our family checked in late Friday night after a long travel day flying into Fresno. Laura went above and beyond to help us quickly get checked in and settled into our room. We were very happy with the continental breakfast selection that included a hot bar with bacon, eggs, and waffles. Our son was hooked on the chocolate milk and the coffee was surprisingly good. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area!
Great place to stay. Morning breakfast was amazing. Close to shopping centers and the mall. Near a Starbucks. Dennys is in the same parking lot. Pool was amazing and hot tub. The staff was very welcoming as well. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in fresno.
