Rooms clean and comfortable, Excellent staff,service was great.
I rarely give a poor review unless it’s well deserved. We normally come here for the use of paid parking on our way to the airport. Our experience with the girl working the front desk was absolutely disgusting. She was extremely rude and demeaning to not only us but everyone else waiting in line as well. If I were her boss I would not want this to be a representation of my company and would fire her immediately. Be careful for this person if you ever have to use their services.
Would recommend for last minute stay only due to convenient location near the airport and free hot breakfast. Cons shower doesn’t have hot water, issues with room key not functioning daily and long wait for shuttle rides.
I would not stay at this property again. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights to attend her college orientation. This hotel does not look as pictured. The pool was dirty with only 3 lounge chairs and next to a busy dirty highway. Rooms are not cleaned daily, just every other day. As a result, no one came on the second day and I had to talk to the front desk just to get new towels and garbage emptied.
