This place is not what it's all cracked up to be. The rooms are being half cleaned on a regular. Finding others people hair in a supposedly to clean room. The guest services breakfast supervisor Dannie is very rude and disrespectful. Customer service is very poor. There's so many people coming in and out of this place there is always a wait or commotion trying to get checked in or even checked out. People sleeping in the lobby. DO NOT rely on the so called 24/7 shuttle service. We landed at 1am and was told the shuttle would be there to pick up in 20 minutes max. We waited 25 minutes and watched the shuttle drive right past us. When we called back we were hung up on. We called again and were told the shuttle will be back in 20 minutes. We definitely did not want to start our trip waiting over 40 minutes outside the airport at 1am especially bc we booked this hotel for the 24 hour shuttle.
