Exceptional Stay Thanks to an Incredible Team We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port, and a huge part of that was thanks to Erica, the Front Desk Lead. She is absolutely amazing — professional, warm, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. The Fairfield was staffed with a helpful and smiling front desk employee. Besides the great serive the building and the room was clean. Smelled clean, floors spotless and freshly painted hallways. Thank you to the entire staff for maintaining this standard.
NOTE: The Covid pandemic ended YEARS ago. It is time to return to daily housekeeping services and stop falling back on the disingenuous pandemic excuse. I don't get to pay half rate. You should stop providing half services. Decent, clean, well-designed room. LOTS of airliner noise as the property sits very close to the departure path from FLL. NO heat. At all. I stayed three nights during a period of low 30's wx. After an uncomfortably cold night I asked the desk have Mx look at my HVAC unit since it would not blow warm air.... read more
Ericka and Denise were such a pleasure to meet. They provide a warm friendly welcoming to me and my family. It genuinely made the whole experience seeing their bright smiles and eager attitudes. Thank you ladies for the hard work you do it truly is not unnoticed. Aside from the service they are located in a convenient area, the bed was so comfortable! One feedback I could offer is upgrading the showers but that will not refrain me from rebooking here because it was truly a lovely experience… thank you all very much!!
